Who I am

Amy D's Beauty (legal name AMY DS BEAUTY) is a hair studio owned and run by me, Amy Dixon. For appointments through Nov 28, 2026, you'll find me inside Onyx Salon + Wefts, 4484 S 1900 W, Suite 1, Roy, UT 84067. For appointments on or after Nov 30, 2026, you'll find me at Omnia Studios, 750 W Riverdale Rd, Suite 112, Riverdale, UT 84405. When you use amydbeauty.com, my pricing tool or my booking page, or when you book an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Prices

The prices on my website and pricing tool are what you'll pay for the service you choose. Some services are listed as "From" or "Price varies", such as balayage, perms and corrective color. Their final price depends on your hair's length, thickness and history, and I'll always tell you that price before I start. Nothing is added without your OK. Color prices include 2 oz of color; extra color is $10 per oz, and I'll keep you updated during your service if more is needed.

Payment and cancellations

• No deposit needed. You pay at your appointment.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours ahead.
• If you're running late, please text me. I'll do everything I can to still take care of you, but I may need to shorten the service or reschedule so I can stay on time for the next guest.

My guarantee

Small fixes, like bangs, a lineup or an uneven spot, are free if you come back within 7 days of your appointment. If something doesn't feel right, text me and we'll make it right.

Care Membership

• The Care Membership is $50 a month or $270 every 6 months, and it renews automatically until you cancel.
• It includes one haircut with wash & style in each 6-week window, a deep conditioning treatment each cycle and 15% off retail hair-care products.
• Unused visits don't roll over.
• You can cancel anytime from the "Manage or cancel your membership" link on my website. No phone call and no reason needed. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep your benefits through the end of the period you already paid for.

Text messages (SMS)

Amy D's Beauty sends text messages only to people who enter their phone number and check a consent box on my website sign-up form, my booking form, or my Facebook form.

• What I send: appointment confirmations, reminders, booking updates and replies about your price. If you also check the marketing box, I may send occasional offers and new-service updates.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message, and I'll confirm that you've been unsubscribed. After that, you won't get any more texts unless you sign up again.
• For help: reply HELP, call or text (971) 332-7120, or email amydbeauty001@outlook.com.
• Giving consent to receive texts is not required to book or buy anything.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• I never sell or share your phone number or text consent with anyone for their marketing. For more, see my Privacy Policy.

Photos

I only take photos or video of your hair if you say yes on the booking form or in person. You can change your mind anytime by letting me know.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I'll change the date at the top of this page.
