What I collect

I only collect what you choose to give me when you get a price, fill out a form (on this website, my pricing tool or a Facebook or Instagram ad), book an appointment or join the Care Membership. That can include:

• Your first name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you give it
• The service you're interested in and your answers about your hair
• Your appointment details

How I use it

I use your information only to:

• Call, text or email you about your price and your appointment
• Send you the price details you asked for
• Book, confirm and remind you about appointments
• Manage your Care Membership if you join

Who sees it

I never sell or rent your information. It's stored in the booking and messaging system I use to run my business, and payments are handled by secure payment processors. They only use it to provide those services to me.

Mobile information and text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Texts and emails

If you'd like me to stop texting you, reply STOP at any time. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or just tell me.

Changing or deleting your information
